Internal floor area is 70 m².
The cottage has its own entrance and off-street parking, and can be let furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished. Water is included in the rent; electricity is separately metered. House Wi-Fi is available, and the cottage has its own NBN connection for a private plan.
The property adjoins separate units that are part of a small bed-and-breakfast on the same grounds, and the owners live on site. Residents share the observation deck overlooking the Gold Coast and the Pacific. The grounds are unfenced and the land falls steeply towards the road, so the setting will not suit every household. No pets.
