Very Impressed with Rob's Persistence, Professionalism, Recommendations and Knowledge of the Market

I've tried to sell my investment property at Safety Beach before with another agent. I gave that agent instructions to not notify me of any improvements that can be made to the property. They never made any recommendations. After that sales campaign ended and the property didn't sell, I decided what improvements to make myself and even made some of those improvements myself over a six months period. During the renovation period Rob use to stop by regularly to see how things were going and to give me some recommendations. His persistence impressed me so much that I decided to let him run with my next sales campaign. I basically handed him the keys and he took it from there even though it takes a lot for me to have any trust in anyone. Over some time, I learned that could trust him and the conveyancer he recommended. Rob suggested we use a good stylist and take some professional photos which we did. He kept me up-to-date on how the campaign was going and made some further recommendations on how we could improve the property which he then arranged. All of this resulted in a successful campaign even though we were in the middle of a property downturn at the time which has since recovered. Thank you, Rob, for all your help in this successful campaign. I wouldn't use any other agent but Rob.
