Elegant Family Oasis

Immersed in Frankston South’s leafy streets, this five bedroom family home commands a sense of elegance with heightened ceilings and exquisite attention to detail. Crafted and cared for with a discerning eye, the 2121sqm (approx.) allotment unveils favourable family proportions indoors and out. Showcasing a blend of timeless design and functionality, the home delivers generous living and entertaining zones, ideally situated for those seeking a family-friendly neighbourhood, moments from local schools, Monash University Peninsula Campus, Bayside shopping centre and Frankston’s waterfront. Expertly envisioned for large scale entertaining, the single level layout emphasises life-long livability. Sprawling across the north facing orientation three defined living spaces flaunt ceiling roses and an open fireplace as two of many heritage-inspired details atop solid timber flooring. The family space extends upon the kitchen comprising ample preparation space, gas stovetop and dishwasher. Outdoors the garden has been lovingly nurtured to embrace a truly private oasis where a waterfall edge solar-heated pool paints a perfect picture of summer on the Mornington Peninsula. Well established fruit trees and garden beds sit beneath the protection of professional netting to ensure pets remain on the property and pests beyond the boundary. Designed with a growing family in mind, this home features five well-appointed bedrooms, with four offering built-in wardrobes, access to a bathroom, and separate WC's whilst the fifth bedroom has the flexibility to function as a home office or study. The master suite is thoughtfully positioned for privacy and showcases generous proportions, a walk-in robe, a private ensuite, and serene views of the surrounding garden. Internal spaces are complimented by ducted heating, wood fire heater, split system air conditioning, open fireplace and roof storage accessed via internal ladder. Exceeding expectations of vehicle storage and workshop space, an adjoining oversized double garage and carport with storage behind offers flexibility for every family’s needs with the Tufflift 4 tonne hoist open to negotiation as part of the sale. Harnessing this enviable address, in a quiet, no through road, the family home sits surrounded by well regarded schools and community amenities all while on the doorstep of the Mornington Peninsula.

Beyond Grateful

A gigantic thanks to Geoff and the entire Seachange team. The whole process was beyond impressive - from the initial meeting, to the very end. First class support was offered all the way through. We honestly could not have asked for better service! We have previously used the ‘big brand/franchise’ real estates to sell houses, but none of them compare to the personalised, active involvement from Seachange. Trust is, and always will be, a massive issue with our biggest asset, and we found no reason to doubt their direction or expertise. Communication was always clear and concise, thus making sure we had every chance of achieving the best possible outcome. We were consulted at every point along the way and they ensured all the preparations that were made pre-sale, including painting, carpets, styling and photographs were managed smoothly, which took the hassle out of what was already a stressful time. The Seachange team liaised thoughtfully with each prospective buyer—spending quality time and effort contacting them, following up on all interest and providing their feedback to us, on time, honestly and thoughtfully. The broad coverage and impressive reach that Seachange’s marketing gave us, meant that we had extremely busy opens (even before the official opening) and with the high levels of interest saw us only on the market for 10 days, during which we had six opens, a crazy number of offers, and a final result beyond our expectations, setting an all-time record for the street! The personalised approach and the overall service is difficult to put into words but we would highly recommend Seachange for anyone looking for an outstanding team to consult, prepare and sell their property. We are extremely grateful.

Outstanding personalised service - and a great result!

It was such a pleasure having Damian manage every aspect of our recent sale. From the initial meeting—where he stepped us through the entire process—to the very end, after the sale, when he was still available to answer questions and provide support, we honestly could not have asked for better service. We have sold houses before, but we have never had someone so actively and personally involved, and so invested in making sure we had every chance of achieving the best possible outcome. Damian always took the time to discuss everything with us and regularly visited our home to ensure all the pre-sale preparations (carpets, painting, styling, photography, etc.) were managed smoothly, without placing us under additional pressure during what was already a stressful time. This was not a sale we really wanted to make, but one we needed for a variety of reasons, and Damian made it all the better. He also took it upon himself to liaise thoughtfully with each prospective buyer—spending significant time and effort contacting them, following up on interest (whether small or large), and conveying their feedback to us in a timely and considered manner. The marketing push by Damian, along with the Seachange team, meant the numbers at our opens were well above what we expected (crazy busy!), and the extremely high level of interest resulted in a much shorter campaign than planned. Over the space of just 10 days, Damian managed six opens and negotiated a large number of offers, resulting in a final outcome with which we are very pleased. Credit to Damian and the Seachange team—their service has been outstanding, and their personalised approach greatly appreciated. We would recommend Damian in a heartbeat!
