Lidcombe Apartment - exceeded high expectations!

We had interviewed a lot of different agents and Melinda came heads and shoulders above other agents. She saw a lot more potential in my property than even I did. She was supremely confident in the result that she could deliver and managed all the marketing, trades, renovations, open homes everything very well. My home was listed 24 hours before the first open home so I was not expecting anyone to visit but to my surprise, Melinda had managed to garner a lot of interest. My apartment was sold much faster than I expected and for much more than I expected. I could not ask for a better agent. She was open for communication all day and even into the very late nights. She was extremely flexible and agile to manage a lot of requests on both my side and the potential buyers.
