Very nicely presented property which added value

I was very happy with Seeto. Before choosing a real estate agent for my sale I did some research and already had previous experience of local real estate agents when I was a buyer and I came to the conclusion that Seeto was the best one to use to sell my apartment in my suburb. I felt that I could trust Melinda and that she would get me the best price for my apartment. Before putting my property on the market she was able to provide advice on what renovations I should do to add value to the property in the most economical way. I was given a reasonable quote by a company she uses to make the property look almost brand new. I felt that this helped get me a higher price and more than covered the cost of the renovations. I was very happy with how my property was presented when it was put on the market. Very early on I was given offers for the property which were at the higher end of expectations. If I have another property to sell in the future I would use Melinda again and would recommend her agency to others.
