Zsuszi suggested few simple but not necessarily obvious improvement jobs which made all the difference. Strong negotiating skills, very broad knowledge of the market (from the high end eastern suburbs to the not so high inner south!) and ability to maintain polite and helpful attitude even in some quite stressful situations (buyers come in different shapes and sizes) is what made selling 2 of my properties very, very bearable.
