Trust the professional!

Experience and knowledge of what works and what doesn't is the mark of the true professional agent. Zsuszi suggested few simple but not necessarily obvious improvement jobs which made all the difference. Strong negotiating skills, very broad knowledge of the market (from the high end eastern suburbs to the not so high inner south!) and ability to maintain polite and helpful attitude even in some quite stressful situations (buyers come in different shapes and sizes) is what made selling 2 of my properties very, very bearable. And the main result - my expectations were wonderfully exceeded when the properties went 15% above already quite optimistic price. I would strongly recommend Zsuzsi for your rental or selling jobs. My positive experience started in 2019 when she managed to rent out one of my properties well above the average market rate and kept doing so for the other 2 properties over the next 6 years.
