Very efficient management of end of lease and finding of new tenant.

Good rapid response to concerns I have raised. Careful students of the rental market. Negotiation with former tenants was unsuccessful (tenants apparently balked at rent increase), I do not know the details. Generally very professional and satisfactory approach.
