Genuine Knowlegable Efficient Empathic & Kind

Josephine originally sold me my unit back in 2023. I was nervous and realling from a bunch of trauma. She assured me i wouldnt loose on the little gem i had found. She was not wrong! Over the following years till present the property value grew consistently. Several times i approached saying i was ready to sell and move. Till recently my ability to move fell through to unforseen circumstances and i often felt like i was wasting Jo's time. That was on me as Jo always leaves you feeling heard and shes ready to move when you are. No stress, no drama, no pressure , no problem. Finally the stars alligned and i really was ready. It took 3 weeks from our call to handing over my keys for the new owners. 3 days from home open! I adore her personal touch. Her knowledge is sound and her delivery easy to comprehend. I loath paperwork, but this was easy. Her reccomendations made the whole adventure as easy as could be. Even with my ID misplaced in the move which could have made settlement drawn out, she didnt panic. She talked me through as a mum would on finding your lost teddy... calm, thoughtful and mindful.
