Excellent customer service

I was assisting my parents with purchasing the apartment. As my parents doesn’t speak English that well. Kasie has been including me in any communication with my parents so it makes it easy for me to follow up. After the settlement, we were having issue with the door and Kasie come to help us open the door. We are very happy with her professionalism.

Astonishing Result

We used Semple both to manage our rental property and then later to sell it. Kasey was the selling agent and she achieved a price that was 10% over our best expectation. She had an unusual go-to-market strategy which I was a little nervous about, but getting over $50,000 more than expected and a 30-day settlement more than validated her approach! We could not be happier with the result that Kasey achieved, nor the overall performance of the whole team (property management and sales divisions) at Semple. Everyone acts in a professional manner and they have your best interests at heart, which is more than I can say for other agencies I've worked with over the years.
