Michael was great from start to finish. When I first met with him he explained the whole process to me without missing any corners or hidden fees and without any pressure to sell with him. He remained in close contact with me discussing every decision I had to make and offered any advice for me whenever I asked. A few weeks out from settlement my buyer started back peddaling and tryed to get out of the contract. Miss comunication between soliciters and clients made for a frustrating situation. Thankfully Michael was able to communicate between the buyer and myself and defuse a problem that had the potential to be very tiring and frustrating. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.
