Jessie Tian was professional in managing the property .Jessie managed the very unusual situation.

it was an unusual situation that probably not happen before so it was all new to everyone. The tenant died without leaving a will and the lease was not cancelled or expired. The problem was resolved in a short time to minimise the exposure of problem on the rental due. Shead management and Jessie did well to minimise the period of exposure
