I had a very un-considerate and demanding tenant and never looked after my property. The tenant had never reported any issue to my agent. During the recent tenancy, the property strata management had changed the door locks for the whole building but I got no notification on the matter! Recently, the strata management had reported that we were having leaking toilet but we never got any report by the tenant and end up with the bathroom door damaged. I appreciated that the issues now all have been fixed by the two new agent staff who manage my property.
