Very Swift Service!

I have been a property investor for many years, two of which are managed by Shead property. This is the first time I have had a change over in Tennant without loosing one day's rental income! This is solely due to my property manager Tiffany Sorensen. Once the previous Tennant gave notice she placed advertisements on two real estate platforms. Hey Presto! A new Tennant was secured on the first viewing! However, the old carpet had been damaged and needed to be replaced. Hey Presto Again! Tiffany arranged this and the new carpet was laid in three days. Throughout the whole process Tiffany kept me informed of carpet quotes, other minor repairs that needed to be done and advised on compensation from the previous Tennant. How lucky I am! A huge "Thank You" to Tiffany!
