Pro-active management with clear communication

Tiffany worked proactively on all parts of the process to manage our long-term tenant leaving, through to finding and onboarding a new tenant in a timeline manner. The outgoing inspection was thorough. Her recommendations helped us to efficiently find high quality tenants while maximising rent potential. She was flexible in her availability given timezone differences, and seamlessly involved our parents in the process. She also helped us coordinate improvements to the property in the short period between tenants. Overall we are very happy to work with her and Shead.
