•We recently wanted to have a look at our property as we knew the tenants were vacating. We arranged a meeting, Kelly had allocated to another person to meet us, and the person it would seem had forgotten about the appointment. We tried calling both Kelly's mobile and land line at Shead and could only ever leave messages. We were left waiting for quite some time at the property without knowing what was going on. They finally turned up, but the main issue was not being able to contact anyone directly as even the land line wasn't being answered, only going to voice mail. Subsequently, the tenant left and it took a long time to get the property relet. Given the market, that seems incredible to me. I have other properties, and when tenants vacate, we don't ever have any time without a tenant, at most, just a day or two. In this case though, it was a matter of weeks before other tenants could be found. I'm very pleased to see we have a different person allocated recently. I can only hope we'll have a better run with Tiffany, although she won't be able to fix the issue with lack of being able to contact someone on a land line. Please have a look at how you operate. I have considered moving to a different vendor, this has been a very costly episode for us.
