Good Communication Skill and Caring Attitude, Highly Professionalism

Since Ms. Arpi Mouradian became the Property Manager for our investment unit, we were very happy with her wonderful professional services. Apart from having good communication and people relationship skills, Arpi has sound knowledge of legislations and rules governing lease properties in NSW as well as good understanding of local rental market conditions. Arpi takes timely actions to address issues raised by both the tenants and landlords. Most importantly, she cares about tenants while striving to maintain the best interest of landlords. For instance, when attending the hearing at the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal on 14 October 2024, Arpi acted professionally as a legal representative for landlords. Rather than letting the judge make a decision, Arpi made her best effort through good communication and discussions to achieve a mutual agreement by both parties. Her professionalism and caring attitude were clearly demonstrated by the above court case.
