First home buyer experience

After missing out on another property with Shellharbour Marina Real Estate, I was impressed that they contacted me soon after with a pre-market inspection for a similar property. Carly was my point of contact throughout the buying process and was consistently communicative, keeping me up to date at every step. Carly was honest and transparent about what was happening at the vendor's end. Initially there was some confusion with the deposit and cooling off period discussion. As a first home buyer I would have appreciated having this explained a little more clearly. However on the whole I've found Carly to be friendly, approachable and responsive. Out of all the people I've had dealings with as a first home buyer, Carly has been the most accessible person and made me feel the most secure with the buying process.
