My association with Shire Agents (SA) goes back years. Before the agents had that name.

Early experience relates to SA managing my rented property 6 Karimbla Rd. This was entirely satisfactory. Very recently the long-term tenants moved out and new tenants had to be found. SA provided advice on preparing the property for inspection. I thought the advice made good sense and largely accepted this advice. This advice also included the rent which might be anticipated. SA also advertised and arranged inspections for prospective tenants. This was all done to my satisfaction in a very professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending SA to anyone looking for the management of a rental property; AND the steps required to find new tenants for a vacant property.
