Best Agent You Could Possibly Imagine

Toby is truly outstanding the best agent you could possibly imagine. He negotiated the highest pre-auction price for us breaking the record per square meter in the building and thereby lifting all the units value. He also has exceptional interpersonal skills and integrity, you can trust that what he says is in your best interest giving you great advice without any pressure. He took care of the new carpet, painting etc while we were overseas all at the best prices. Brilliant communication always.

Strongly Recommend Shoreline Property

I highly recommend Toby Hutton.

Toby worked so hard to manage the sale process. He suggested work to be done that adds value, recommended (good) trades people and genuinely actively manage the sale. If you choose Toby, you’re getting experience in the industry and the Northern Beaches market. He knows his stuff. He got me a great price and I know he worked so hard to do it. Another agent even congratulated me on what I got for it.

Delighted! Fully Recommend Toby and His Team

We first met Toby and his organisation some 4 years ago when he sold an investment property we owned in Manly. All aspects of the sale were an enjoyable experience including the price. So when we decided to sell a second investment property in 2024 we again went with his organisation. It was a more difficult sales environment, with literally a ‘Christmas’ sale with all the complications such timing brings, but they handled it brilliantly. We were delighted. We fully recommend Toby and his team.

Professional Approach

From the outset Toby provided practical, professional advice about how to showcase the apartment for sale. The Shoreline team coordinated the various specialists to ensure that the property was ready and well presented for each viewing inspection.
