A review 3.5 years in the making

Toby certainly showed his mettle with this sale, originally listing at the height of the previous peak in 2017, the sales campaign was scuttled by an unknown Council fire audit which saw the peak of the market pass and a decision to take the unit off the market. Attempt two came at the beginning of March 2020, which was derailed by the events of COVID and the lockdowns that pursued. With the market turning around quickly in 2021, we decided that the timing was finally right to sell. Toby was able to mobilise very quickly and achieved a great result in a very short timeframe. Throughout this protracted sales process, Toby constantly demonstrated his knowledge of an ever-evolving market and gave sound advice on how to navigate it. Whether it was finding interim tenants or advising on alterations to the property to maximise its sale potential, Toby and the R&H team were right by our side through it all. Toby and the team gave 110% each and every time, which is why we stuck with them through to the end. We will certainly be using Toby again when next look to sell.
