Rented property quickly

Lucy provided good advice on renovations and market value and helped organise maintenance jobs eg new blinds. Work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. She liaised with me continually throughout while the kitchen was being replaced in order to coordinate advertising and viewings at the earliest opportunity. A new tenant was found quickly at a significantly higher rent due to the renovations and improvements.
