A lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a peaceful cul-de-sac which is less than 10 minute walk to town centre and footbridge to the main beach. This large home has room to sleep 11-13 people comfortably with a large kitchen and 2 separate living areas. Bedroom 1 consists of 1 x queen bed 2 single bunks and 2 single beds(sleeps 4) bed 3 a Double and king single and the 4th a queen. The 2nd living area has a fold out sofa, TV, DVD, split system and pool table. The main lounge, TV, DVD, split system and combustion heater for those winter days. Outside a large fully paved completely undercover BBQ area, fully enclosed 1/4 acre yard, with gates providing access to both front and rear streets - perfect for parking cars and boats. Linen is NOT supplied therefor you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. There is a $500 refundable security deposit payable on booking. Minimum 5 night stay in peak period's. minimum 3 nights on Long weekends and 4 night minimum at Easter. Pricing is from $180 per night off peak to $350 per night peak.(Please book well before stay)
