I had met with 5 agents to appraise my home and demonstrate to me how they would sell my home through skills and marketing. It wasn't until I met Domenic from Harcourts Paramount in Camden that i was completely blown away by his unique and tailored marketing packages to help me in getting my home sold for the maximum price. The team are polite, intelligent and have a true passion for their job. Once the property was made active online Domenic was constantly giving me feedback both written and verbal. I knew every step of the way what was happening and the information was making me less anxious during this period. With all this said, the result is evident that that Harcourts Paramount and Domenic are the agents to sell with. My home sold in only 4 days for $50,000 more than my expectations.
