We have contracted Matthew since October 2018 as our property manager for our investment property in Hendra. Matt is a very competent property manager, who looks after a property as it were his own! He is knowledgeable on body corporate matters and gets a quick resolution to all maintenance matters. He is very proactive and takes initiative where necessary. In November 2022 we engaged him as our sales agent and with his help we achieved our asking price in a short period of time. He balanced our needs against prospective buyers needs and negotiated with both parties to achieve the sale. I wholeheartedly recommend Matt as a very professional operator in the real estate sector.
