Michael was very professional. We had a great experience.

Michael was prompt, honest and accommodating, professional all round. Really good at following up with any questions or concerns which made the whole process very pleasant. He has a very good market knowledge and also realistic in expectation. Also very good at liaising between vendor and purchaser. We really appreciated his assistance all through the process. We would have no hesitation in using him again for any of our real estate business in the future.

Professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with. Wonderful young man

I feel compelled to write a review for Daniel, though not OUR agent. He was the representative for the vendor of the property we bought. We had a really positive experience with Daniel from the moment we first met him at the property. From the outset, he was friendly, approachable, and established with us, an instant rapport that made us feel at ease. Then, as purchasers, he made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. Made a complex situation (buying a house) feel very straightforward. (We had a LOT of questions) He was consistently quick to respond, always kept us informed, and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the market and the property itself. Importantly, he was never condescending - just clear communications, respectful to me, my wife and family and so easy to communicate with at every step. Overall, a highly professional, approachable, down-to-earth, personable agent who made the experience far smoother than we expected. We HIGHLY recommend Daniel and his team.
