Proactive agent that plans ahead

Phillip was a great agent that was proactive in this market. This is the second property Phillip has sold for us and we couldn’t recommend him more. Phillip had a well thought out plan that was communicated to us and he was able to sell our property within the first week achieving a great price. Phillip was also very communicative during the cooling off period and organised everything required within a short time.
