I feel compelled to write a review for Daniel, though not OUR agent. He was the representative for the vendor of the property we bought. We had a really positive experience with Daniel from the moment we first met him at the property. From the outset, he was friendly, approachable, and established with us, an instant rapport that made us feel at ease. Then, as purchasers, he made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. Made a complex situation (buying a house) feel very straightforward. (We had a LOT of questions) He was consistently quick to respond, always kept us informed, and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the market and the property itself. Importantly, he was never condescending - just clear communications, respectful to me, my wife and family and so easy to communicate with at every step.
