Selling two properties at Wynnum West

I first met Dane Koosmen in July 2021 when I was interested in selling two houses in Wynnum West. One of the houses was currently rented and the other house was vacant. Both needed updating particularly the rented house that had been tenanted since 2002. Dane provided advice regarding the various strategies to maximise the sale prices including an auction or sale by tender. Dane also provided advice on the work that could be done to each of the houses to increase their attraction to prospective buyers. Dane kept in close contact with me over the next few months and provided regular updates on the offers that had been made. After a very well considered and managed sale campaign I was able sell the first house within a short period and the second (tenanted) house some months later. The prices that were paid for each of the houses exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Dane to others that may be interested in selling their properties.
