Unprofessional in the end

Doing business is about make the word to build the reputation. Reputation might take 10 years to build, it could ruin off in one day. If people think that way, they will do differently. The business is about making profit or get the commission, is the business without heart, they could lie to the client just to make the sale and irresponsible to what they had said. Lie to me once shame on me, lie to me twice shame on you. I had four houses in Dubbo, and never experience the real estate agent using the unprofessional word and acting aggressive on the day of final inspection.
