Very poor communication, was late for meetings with buyers. Little to no engagement with clients.

Worst agents that I have experienced. Despite the sale of the house they continually tried to get me to lower my price so that they could get a sale. Despite numerous requests for marketing response data they never provided it. I negotiated with the purchasers to get the price I wanted, all the agent did was try to knock down my price to get a quick sale!! After the sale was agreed we never saw them again apart from an email with the wrong charges for the sale. They did not show up at the house for the final inspection and they did not show up for the keys handover. They didn’t even find me the buyers as they were friends of friends that purchased the property. All they did was take a lot of money for a very poor service.
