Outstanding Agent, Great Result!

I am so pleased I came across John when looking for an agent! I approached Smallacombe as I wanted to sell my off the plan apartment, I had no idea that it was possible to sell prior to settlement but John advised all of my options and that selling prior to settlement would save me paying stamp duty - big plus!
