I am so pleased I came across John when looking for an agent! I approached Smallacombe as I wanted to sell my off the plan apartment, I had no idea that it was possible to sell prior to settlement but John advised all of my options and that selling prior to settlement would save me paying stamp duty - big plus! John kept me updated on feedback and interest throughout, he was very prompt at answering my and potential buyers' questions and found a buyer before settlement which was a relief after a few tough years to have that all sorted. Even after the initial buyer created a difficult situation, John was not deterred and jumped straight into action keeping me in the loop the entire way. I was extremely happy with the end result and cannot thank John enough for all his hard work, he really went above and beyond as did his admin team.
