Although John was a nice guy we felt the communication was extremely poor and caused quite a high level of stress at times that could have otherwise been resolved with a simple message, email or call. John was also difficult to get in touch with when facing the issues we faced with the contract, and did not return our calls when asked to do so. We are unsure whether the vendors were difficult but we felt regardless that John could have communicated with us far better. This would have eased a lot of our stress and anxiety during the contract period when the contract was delayed by 3 days due to further miscommunication between us, the agent John and the vendors regarding a query that we had. Given that we were first home buyers, were new to buying a house the lack of communication added unnecessary stress and anxiety throughout the offer and contract period. John was pleasant to deal with when we did speak with him but in those crucial moments we just would've appreciated more communication from him.

John was very professional and courteous.

John had many good ideas on presentation to maximize the impact of the property for marketing. He always listened to our needs and any concerns we had about the selling process and was able to offer suggestions.
