The experience we have with smart rentals has been nothing but professional. When we were contacted by them about our property, it was nice to receive a personal phone call which made us feel important and cared for to see if we were interested. As this is a stressful time looking for places, to know that they also were keeping an eye out for their future tenants was a big relief. It was very easy to follow applying for a place. The communication has been really good. Even now renting for the past month with them there has been some repairs needed but they have kept us up to date on what's happening and have quickly got onto the right people to fix as soon as it can be. It really makes it a pleasure to have a real estate that are doing their best to make the owners, tenant and their own business to run as smoothly as possible.
