Sale of my Freshwater Unit

I have know James for many years, initially as an agent and later as a friend. He has both sold and rented property on my behalf and has always gone above and beyond my expectations. The previous property he sold for me was a real challenge (I knew it would be) because it was an "outside the box" property but not only did he achieve the sale price I was hoping for but managed to obtain considerably more.
