Sale of my Freshwater Unit

I have know James for many years, initially as an agent and later as a friend. He has both sold and rented property on my behalf and has always gone above and beyond my expectations. The previous property he sold for me was a real challenge (I knew it would be) because it was an "outside the box" property but not only did he achieve the sale price I was hoping for but managed to obtain considerably more. That was about 10 years ago. Since then, James's company, SEA, with his wonderful team, has managed my Freshwater investment unit as a rental and has done a remarkable job. I recently decided to sell it and knew that this property would also be a challenge due to several factors, the Covid-19 situation, its size and lenders' restrictions but, once, again, James came through and achieved my "happy price". James always kept me informed of progress and his advice was invaluable prior to my making the final decision to sell the property which I have owned for 22 years. I would absolutely recommend James and his team to anybody who is looking for an agent to take care of either their rental needs or sale. You will not be disappointed.
