Fantastic Agent!

We had met Ed a couple of years ago, when he successfully sold 3 other properties in our estate, and only heard positive comments from our neighbours who sold. We had been toying with the idea of moving to Bribie Island, however had not seen a suitable property, to "give up" / sell our lovely home in Ashmore in a fabulous community for the past 17 years for. We emailed Ed to arrange an appraisal on our home to see where we were at with value, and if anything came up on Bribie suitable, then we would know if we were in the "ballpark". Nothing on the horizon at this stage. However, little did we know that prior to our meeting, Ed had perused the Bribie market and identified 2 properties that he thought were possibilities, and as he said "would suit our living style". Well that was it ! We put a contract on one of those properties, and Ed negotiated with the other agent for a precondition to sell our property. Then Ed sold our property within a week of listing it. Ed has certainly gone over and above what I would expect from an agent. Ed is a "people person", which comes across in his dealings with vendors & potential purchasers.
