Great service/ emergency

I would personally like to thank Simonne Fleming, Head of the Property Management Department, for the wonderful support she gave me when I recently had an unexpected water leak at my property. It was quite a stressful situation, but Simonne responded straight away and made sure an emergency plumber was organised quickly. Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally, and knowing that she was taking care of things made a difficult situation much easier for me. What I appreciated most was that Simonne didn’t just organise the urgent repairs and leave it there. She continued to follow everything through and worked closely with my landlords to arrange compensation for my belongings that had been affected by the water damage. This meant a lot to me. I genuinely appreciate Simonne’s care, understanding and the way she handled the whole situation from beginning to end. She made me feel that my concerns mattered and that I was being looked after as a tenant. Thank you so much, Simonne, for your support and for going the extra mile. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me and the excellent service you provided.
