We have both bought and sold from Matt Dalziell at Sold Street over the years. As such, I can account for him over the long term, and from both a buyer and vendor’s perspective. It is a pleasure to do so. Matt is a consummate professional and an absolute credit to his profession. I find him to be consistently accountable and always exceeding my expectations. He is a gentleman- kind, sincere, honourable, and considerate- and he brings these qualities into each of his workplace interactions. His knowledge of the industry and extensive experience allowed him to troubleshoot and plan around our unique needs with sensitivity and competence. My own familial and professional obligations meant that I was not always readily available for consultation, but Matt was happy to adapt to alternatives to ensure we met our milestones and obligations. For going above and beyond, acting with efficiency and accountability, and for showing sincere enthusiasm with his clients, I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, be they a buyer or vendor.
