Selling with Andrew has been a great experience. This is the 3rd time I have used Andrew to sell for us and once again he and his team have excelled. The price estimate was accurate and whilst we received many low offers and were worried about the state of the market he advised us that our price was achievable. After a short sale time his team didn’t disappoint and we settled at the full price. I have many friends that are having trouble selling now that the market has changed and they are all chomping at the bit to join Andrew if they can’t get sold.
