Professional and Knowledgeable Agency

SBRE clearly acts fairly in the best interests of both property owner and tenant. Having been an owner and a tenant many times in the past 25 years. I understand exactly what to find in a good agent versus a lazy agent. SBRE has everything on the "good" side. I needed to consult staff in their offices in adjacent towns, and found staff up-to-date with the property in question in both places. When an employee promised to get back to me, they did so in a timely manner, which I understood and interpreted as highly respectful of my time, and myself as a client.
