Quick Sale

The sale of our home began 12 months before we listed it for sale. Mel was contacted to give an appraisal. She responded promptly, and professionally with a written report. We contacted her a year later to list our home for sale. She again appraised the value, and we were pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
