Southern Tablelands Realty was established in 2007 to fill a need for real estate services in our local areas of Tarago, Mayfield, Boro, Lower Boro, Oallen, Windellama, Nerriga, Bungonia and Qualigo. Being a local service business for 20 years we had built up a trust in the community and developed great local knowledge of the area. It was a natural transition to real estate enabling us to promote the area more directly. Tarago is home to a diverse group of residents including; farmers, cottage industry, retirees and tree changers looking for security, space and lifestyle. Our commitment is to provide the best service for both vendors and purchasers alike in real estate including property management. Tarago, Mayfield and Boro are popular choices for those wishing to buy real estate and build a rural lifestyle for their families with the bonus of a short 60 minute drive to most destinations within Canberra. Windellama, Oallen, Quialigo & Bungonia are popular for weekend escape or residence property with job opportunities in the close growing city of Goulburn. Nerriga appeals to buyers from the south coast and Canberra looking for a half way property for peace of mind and a private location to unwind. With the opening of the MR92 between Nowra on the coast and Nerriga we have noticed a large increase in traffic through our areas being a direct route in each direction for commuters and holiday traffic. We are also Wide span shed and Heritage Water tank agents which adds another dimension and complements our business.

Judy is dedicated, supportive and results-oriented!

Strongly recommend, Judy as your next selling realtor. She was at all times professional in her dealings with me. Communication lines, where at all times open and very efficient with myself and prospective buyers. Assisting with recommended trade persons to bring property up to selling standard and meet contractual agreement. I was also very impressed and thankful of how, thorough Judy's knowledge of Rural Property sales are. Judy made sure in advance, that prospective buyers have a good range of time/days available for inspection, personally walking the property with them. Making sure the property was clean and in good order. I am thankful for a lady who will keep going until she gets a successful outcome for you. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone, looking for a genuine, honest and reliable Realtor.
