Underwhelming but got the job done

This is our first home and the experience with the agents wasn't entirely what we expected. We mostly dealt with Andre who was helpful and everyone we dealt with was friendly. But I think we just expected something a bit different, a bit more of a fuss or at least a sold sticker on the sign out the front of the house so we could get the exciting photo out the front of our first home ( only ever had a deposit taken sign up). We were told a antenna connection would be put in the lounge room for us ( there wasn't one) before Christmas - 4 weeks ago - and it still isn't done. Overall it was just an underwhelming experience
