Love the Pom

Five years ago, I sold a house and was promised by more than 1 agent a figure, a month or 2 later it passed in at auction for $100k less than the agreed figure, a few weeks later we grudgingly accepted an amount $60k less than our initial expectations. So when I met Trevor, I was very skeptical that the amount he was suggesting my house was worth was achievable, so we went to market and day 1 bang he got it, I had gone from a reluctant seller to a happy 1. In the process he fixed my issues with a new long term tenant 4 days into a contract, price reduction demands from the buyer and gave great advice on buying my new house.
