Leased our 3 bed in Carlton quickly with strong rent

I had a really solid experience working with Conrad Vass at Space Property Agency leasing my 3 bedroom apartment in Carlton. From the start he was very straight to the point on pricing and tenant demand. No overpromising, just clear guidance on where the property would sit in the current Carlton rental market and what tenants were actually paying for similar 3 bed apartments. Communication was consistent the whole way through. I always knew what was happening with enquiries, inspections, and feedback from tenants. What stood out was how the property was positioned. He focused on the space and layout which is what families and sharers were looking for in Carlton, and that brought in strong interest early.
