I have been using the services of Space Property, Paddington, since 2009 to manage my property. During this period I have only had a small number of property managers which has always made processes smooth and simple. The property managers have been consistently excellent and this has been reflected through prompt communication both to me as the landlord and my tenants. This has ensured any issues were rapidly and efficiently dealt with, keeping my tenants happy and minimising turnover (from memory I have had three tenants in 14 years). My current long-term tenants are about to move into their own home and I have just re-leased my property without any gap in the tenancy. I have always had the impression that the Space Property staff genuinely care about delivering good service. I feel that I am getting good value for money. A great example of this is the regular and comprehensive property reporting I receive. I have used a different (internationally recognised) manager on another property and the service is expensive, poorly managed and communicated, and generally frustrating. I would not hesitate to recommend Space Property Paddington for their service and care.
