Great Raven and SPACE. Thanks for your good work in securing new tenants quickly and very efficiently. On another note I am disturbed though by the costs having to be borne by the landlord when a tenant breaks a lease as per the RTA. This should be revisited by the RTA soon or rents will increase even more to bear these costs along with interest rate rises and the governments potential new tax laws.
