Smooth Transaction but not helpful

We’re very much grateful for the property owner to approved us to rent their space. However, we are not really happy how the agent assisted us. We wanted to clarify some things about the property but we felt like Nikita wasn’t accommodating at all. We tried to call her and how she speaks to us felt like she’s annoyed and only answered yes/no without any other explanation or helpful information. Everything else is good, the whole process was easy.
