Exceptional Property Management

Space Property have played a key role in my property for the last 6 years. I originally purchased my property with Nicole Devine (who was an absolute pleasure to work with!) and she was the one that made me feel comfortable and convinced with Space continuing to manage my property. Lynette Spann was then my property manager for a period of time and she was incredible! So attentive to my needs as a landlord and wonderfully responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Currently my property is managed by Tim Hines and I can't speak more highly of him! He is exceptional - patient, kind and responsive to my needs. Tim truly goes above and beyond in his work and as a landlord this provides me with a great sense of comfort in knowing that my property is well managed and my tenants are looked after.
