Sam Mayes and the team....and it was a team...sold my property within 2 days of the on-line listing. I was impressed by their-behind-the-scenes selling methods....which I won't disclose here....but they were obviously very effective. Sam and Zac Tully know the market, know the best way to resent a property to best meet that market, and importantly, know their selling area..........intimately.......I was in good hands and the selling price, which was what I had expected, confirmed that Sam and Zac had acted in the vendor's best interest.
