Amy and Aaron made selling the property remotely almost carefree

To be honest, I was really worried at the prospect of having to sell my Mother’s home in Perth. I'm based in Melbourne and it was so important that we get enough to cover her future needs in her new home. Added to this was the fact that the world had gone pear shaped with COVID. From the moment I met them at inspection, it felt like they were the right team. Amy's knowledge of the area, the buyers and what would be possible with the home gave me the comfort I needed to appoint them immediately. I can't say that I didn't stress through the process. Being over 3,000 km away I couldn’t complete the final preparations of the home before sale and before settlement. Amy was able to support us with an outstanding team of contractors that had the place looking like a home again. It was great to be able to show Mum how great it looked. Amy maintained continual contact throughout the process. Her positivity and professionalism really helped in what was a time of real uncertainty. Best of all, it was a great result. I can not commend Amy and Aaron highly enough to any potential buyers or sellers (they have also helped my nephew into his first home). Great people, great team, great price.
